What we do
Engage us for the full cycle from sourcing to shipped container, or pull us in for a single inspection. We price each service separately and tell you up front what it costs.
We start with your spec — materials, target price, MOQ, deadline — then research the market and visit candidate factories in person. You see two or three real options with photo evidence and our honest recommendation. Not a directory dump.
Sample evaluation, pre-production checks, mid-run monitoring, and a pre-shipment inspection before anything leaves the floor. You get photo reports, defect rates, and a clear go / no-go. No surprises at the dock.
Door-to-door coordination — consolidation, booking, customs, tracking. Sea, air, or express, to a warehouse, a business address, or a residence. We pick the mode that fits your timeline and budget, then babysit the freight until it arrives.
If you want your own brand on it, we design it — logo, packaging, brand guidelines — and work with the factory to apply it cleanly. From OEM blank to your own SKU, your customers see your brand, not the factory's.
How it works
You stay in control of every decision; we handle the legwork. Here is the standard engagement, start to finish.
Send a short brief: product, specs, target price, quantity, timeline. A photo or reference link helps. We reply within one business day with what is realistic.
We research factories, request samples, and come back with two or three real options — unit price, MOQ, lead time, and our recommendation. You pick.
We never hold your production funds. You pay the factory by wire. We verify the bank details, forward you the invoice, and our fee is billed separately and transparently.
Transparency by defaultQuality control on the ground, then we book the freight and track it to your door. Photo reports, defect rates, and shipping updates the whole way.
Why us
Buyer skepticism is the default for this category, and rightly so. Here is what we do differently — and what we deliberately do not do.
We do not source from a desk in another time zone. Factory visits are in person. Inspections are on the floor. Photos are timestamped at the plant, not pulled from a catalogue.
The Chinese supplier market is full of trading companies posing as factories. We vet each candidate: licenses, capacity, equipment, sample quality. You only see the real ones.
You pay the factory directly. Our consulting fee is separate, agreed in writing before we start, and never hidden inside the unit price. No mystery markups.
If a product cannot be made at your price, if the MOQ is wrong for your scale, or if the timeline is fantasy — we will say so before you waste money. We would rather lose the engagement than the reputation.
